Business Analyst

Overview

Stefanini is hiring Business Analysts experienced with Energy & Utilities projects, to join one of our clients operating in Lisbon.

• Work model: hybrid from Lisbon or Porto;
• Project duration: until 12/2026 with possible extension;

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers;
• Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment;
• Develop and operationalize test acceptance criteria.

Role Requirements

• 5 years of experience as business analyst for Utilities projects, ideally within Energy Data Management field.
• Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking;
• Excellent analysis and communication skills (Portuguese and English);
• Attention to detail and proactivity;
• Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of SAS, SAP and Salesforce will be a plus;
• Knowledge of Jira and / or Confluence tools will be valued;
• Energy & Utilities knowledge;
• GDPR knowledge;
