Business Analyst - SDLC - REMOTE - Portugal

We are seeking a strategic and
- oriented Business Analyst to join our clients Release Management team. This role will be instrumental in defining the target state of their Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , including the framework, processes, and documentation standards that support efficient, compliant, and scalable software delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, release management practices, and IT governance, and will be able to translate business and technical needs into actionable documentation and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably within software development or release management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and ITIL or Dev
  Ops principles.
• Experience in process mapping, documentation design, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Share
  Point, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Advanced English language skills.
