Position

Business Analyst (hybrid role) within the new department. This strategic role’s main mission is to lead global initiatives aimed at controlling and reducing operational risks within the banking sector.

Job description

• Analysis and Specification: Gather and analyze requirements from control teams and risk management, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications for IT development teams.
• Project Management: Lead key initiatives from design to delivery, mentor offshore development teams, manage resources, and track budget and timelines.
• Strategy and Innovation: Contribute to defining
  - quality technical solutions in line with the bank's standards and explore new technologies to enhance existing systems.
• Communication: Monitor progress, write reports, and escalate risks and issues to stakeholders and management.

Work environment

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work model: Hybrid (twice a week at client premises)
• Technical environment: Project management, functional analysis, or IT
• Start date: ASAP

Required profile

You have 6 years of proven experience in the Business Analyst field. You are passionate about analysis and have initial experience in the Banking industry as a Business Analyst.

• You can synthesize and present complex information to senior management and work in an international environment.
• Proactive, organized, able to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of English.
