Responsibilities

1. Definition of technical solutions with the help of T2D's technical teams (architecture, cyber, ifab etc).
2. Drawing functional diagrams to facilitate
   - making and form the basis of the technical solution.
3. Stakeholder management (technical and business).
4. Monitoring developments, deploys for quality and coordination of integrated tests.
5. Coordinating UATs with the business before they go into production.
6. Requesting effort and cost estimates from the technical teams.
7. Defining technical requirements.
8. Being the escalation point for operational incidents related to electric mobility platforms.

Essential skills

1. At least 2 years' experience in specifying, implementing and monitoring digital solutions.
2. Proven experience of 2 years in IT project management.
3. Good incident resolution or management skills.
4. Good knowledge of IT Helpdesk operations and ability to analyze systems documentation and architecture.
5. Good knowledge of English and Portuguese or English and Spanish.
