About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and
- oriented Business Analyst to translate business requirements into actionable insights, guide application design, and define robust test acceptance criteria to ensure solution quality.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Ensure customer requirements are clear for project teams

✔ Support application development and design through needs assessment

✔ Develop and implement test acceptance criteria

Must-Have Qualifications

✅ Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related field

✅ Experience with Agile / Scrum and Design Thinking

✅ Strong analysis, communication, and influencing skills

✅ Proactivity, adaptability, and results orientation

✅ Knowledge of Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR compliance

Nice-to-Have

➕ Knowledge of SAS, SAP, Salesforce

➕ Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
