Role: Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided; Manage from an end to end perspective the access to the
- banking services requested by the users (interactions with Front Officer, clients/users and Enablement team) requiring client presentation in coordination with the Distribution team; Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole.

Profile

1. Academic degree or equivalent IT practical experience;
2. 3+ years of experience in the field;
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties;
4. A strong interest in business and business development;
5. Experience working as a Business Analyst with varied project delivery across banking and IT;
6. Passion for making things happen and getting excited about identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems at pace;
7. Commitment to deadlines and high quality standards;
8. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and
   - motivation;
9. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively
   - task in a deadline driven atmosphere;
10. Nice to have experience with agile methodologies;
11. A good understanding of information technology;
12. Proficiency in English.
