Position: Business Analyst (BA) - Education Cloud

Location: Lisbon or Porto (hybrid)

What You’ll Do:

Gathering and analyzing needs with stakeholders and transforming them into clear requirements.

Writing and managing user stories with
- defined acceptance criteria.

Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Collaborate with development, QA and project management teams to ensure successful deliveries.

Identify and resolve gaps or blockages in requirements.

Keeping documentation up to date and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder relations skills.

Ability to write clear and objective user stories.

Familiarity with tools such as Azure Dev
Ops or Service
Now.

Good understanding of digital transformation projects.
