We are looking for a Business Analyst

Main Tasks:

Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

Analyze and improve existing business processes using techniques like process mapping and modeling.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.

Act as the liaison between business teams and development teams to ensure alignment and understanding.

Support business teams during monthly and quarterly accounting closings on a rotational basis.

Ensure the quality and
- regression of developed solutions through validation and testing.

Collaborate with
- functional teams in Paris, Porto, and other locations to align on goals and deliverables.

Main Skills & Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Management, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Knowledge of banking accounting.

Proficiency in SQL

Curiosity and willingness to learn.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with Jira.

Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Hybrid Role in Porto.
