We are currently looking for Business Analyst

Requirements

• Requirements gathering and formalization: Serve as an interface between Business users and IT teams.
• Design a functional solution that meets Business expectations while respecting the target organizational and functional architecture.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Propose a functional solution, taking into account potential technical constraints, and have it validated by the Business.
• Write User Stories and the Functional Specifications Document.
• Ensure IT teams fully understand the requirements and that these align with the Target Operating Model (TOM) and governance framework.
• Testing (User Acceptance): Validate the quality of IT developments delivered by the development team: create functional test plans, execute functional testing, facilitate integration testing with pilot entities.
• Deployment and Change Management: Prepare communication materials, training content, and user documentation to support change management; deliver user training and support according to their needs.

Minimum experience: 4-5 years
