We are looking for a Business Analyst for a long term role in this hybrid project in Lisbon.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in functional/business analysis roles;
• Experience in
  - driven projects, KPIs, and reporting;
• Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems;
• PBA (PMI) or ECBA (IIBA) certification;
• Knowledge of public sector or funded incentive programs (nice to have);
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, CRM, and ERP systems (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements with AICEP teams;
• Contribute to the definition of workflows, business rules, and key performance indicators;
• Support data modeling and the design of dashboards and reports;
• Validate functionalities during development and testing phases;
• Collaborate with technical and business teams during implementation.
