We are seeking a Business Analyst to reinforce our project teams

Work to be developed includes:

• Implementation of Link Consulting's proprietary document management and workflow software.
• Consulting for identifying needs, focusing on the general features of the software.
• Conducting interviews/meetings, preparing questionnaires; meetings for the acceptance and validation of requirements and business rules; production of documentation: presentations, data analysis, diagrams, and reports.
• Monitoring of the implementation and delivering training sessions to the end customer (both
  - person and remote).

Requirements

• The candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems Management or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in identifying, analyzing and specifying requirements with the customer and producing documentation
• Excellent analytic, critical spirit and attention to detail
• Experience in user support and training
• Good capacity for oral and written communication skills
• Strong guidance to Customers
• Availability for traveling in Portugal
