Business Analyst Lisboa

Overview

MAIN PURPOSE

Richemont is seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic “Client & Market” team. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of digital solutions for Richemont’s luxury Maisons. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business needs, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery. You will collaborate with
- functional teams and stakeholders across different countries and time zones, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Reporting to the Technical Team Lead, you will also work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, QA Engineers and Developers to ensure the success of one or multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and assess them in terms of business value and ROI.
• Conduct impact assessments and identify dependencies.
• Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Write and update functional specifications (FUS), wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans.
• Ensure specifications are clearly communicated and understood by both business and technical teams.
• Support the QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and verifying business requirements.
• Review functional implications of technical decisions.
• Facilitate
  - making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design.
• Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the business side of digital solutions.
• Contribute actively to the Business Analyst Community of Practice.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as applicable (daily
  - ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role.
• Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.
• Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix or
  - based organizations.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
• Familiarity with
  - Commerce or content platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices.
• Technical aptitude and ease working in
  - driven environments.
• IIBA certification is a plus.

Education & Language
