‍ What does it take to be a SMART BUSINESS ANALYST ?

✅ Degree in IT, Finance, Engineering or similar

✅ Knowledge of Back Office workflows (clearing, confirmations, payments, accounting. . . )

✅ Familiarity with financial products: credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, FX, options

✅ Experience analyzing and mapping business processes

✅ Proficiency in SQL

✅ Comfortable with tools like JIRA and Confluence

✅ Excellent communication skills in English (B2)

✅ French is a plus

✅ Autonomy, critical thinking, and team spirit What will you do at SMART?

Gather and analyze user needs and translate them into functional specs

Support the translation into technical requirements with dev teams

Create, execute, and automate test cases (functional, integration, regression)

Estimate workload, support issue resolution, and monitor incident progress

Maintain clear and
