What we're looking for:

- Degree in IT or similar

- 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles

- Experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements

- Experience in designing services/processes and supporting project documentation;

- Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

- Familiar with BPMN, UML and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)

- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar

- Knowledge of testing and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria is valued

- Good English level

- Dynamism and sense of responsibility;

- Strong organizational and planning skills;

- Excellent analytical and
- solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams in a remote/hybrid work environment.
