We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. In addition to technical skills, we highly value soft skills such as proactivity, excellent communication, and effective teamwork. Cultural adaptability is essential due to frequent interaction with diverse locations and teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities

1. Analyze, align, and validate business needs and solutions
2. Engage with project teams, prioritize requests, and monitor project portfolios
3. Document and validate requirements efficiently
4. Contribute to testing and user acceptance processes
5. Support change management and assist in solution deployment
6. Identify and prepare action plans for business impacts

Qualifications

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

1. Over 5 years of relevant professional experience
2. Strong team player demonstrating high performance, flexibility, and adaptability
3. Proficiency in project management methodology, process analysis, solution design, and testing methods
4. Familiarity with business needs analysis and challenges related to data management
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in Italian is a strong plus)
