We’re looking for a Business Analyst (Porto)

Professional Experience & Technical Skills

• Conduct workshops to gather requirements from business stakeholders.
• Document business needs clearly using user stories and use cases.
• Help stakeholders prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications.
• Implement functional specifications using a proprietary business rule management system.
• Perform testing to ensure results meet user requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the business, such as data extractions and analysis.
• Manage access rights and ensure proper system permissions.

Technical Skills

• Professional experience as a Business Analyst: 3–5 years
• ETL and SQL
• Previous banking experience and/or knowledge of credit risk metrics (GRR, RWA, LGD, Probability of Default)
• Familiarity with Python, Git, Confluence, Jira, and Agile methodology
