YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our teams in Lisbon.

1. Gather and document business requirements for Appian, Camunda, Flowable, and j
   BPM projects.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
3. Create and maintain BPMN 2 process models.
4. Support agile methodologies in project execution.
5. Analyze legislation and reengineer processes for public sector projects.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Academic background in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or Economics.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Information Systems Consulting and/or Software Engineering and Development projects.
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in projects with agile methodologies.
4. Knowledge of BPMN processes.
5. Knowledge of Appian, Camunda, Flowable, j
   BPM.
6. Experience in projects involving public sector entities: legislation analysis, process reengineering.
7. Fluent in Portuguese.
8. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
