Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Automation Project Management or Business Analysis
• Proven experience building automations with Microsoft Power Platform
• Hands‑on experience with ERP integration and automated data flows
• Knowledge of process‑mining tools (e. g. , Celonis, Power BI, Ui
  Path)
• Understanding of AI and cognitive automation (e. g. , NLP, document processing, chatbots)
• Strong skills in data, system, and process mapping
• Ability to manage and report on automation roadmaps
• Background in Lean/CI methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Design Thinking)
• Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project environments
• Familiarity with scripting or
  - code development for scalable automation
