We are recruiting a Business Analyst (m/f) to strengthen our team in Porto, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.

What we are looking for:

• 4 years of experience (minimum) as a Business Analyst;
• Experience with requirements gathering and analysis;
• Understanding of financial architecture principles, data models, chart of accounts, data flow design, and reporting integration;
• Experience in working closely with business teams to develop functional specifications and system designs that meet the organization's objectives;
• Experience in planning and execution of system testing to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards;
• Experience in providing training to
  - users on new systems and processes;
• Proficiency in Excel and V-cycle methodologies;
• English: minimum B2 level (required).
