Your Role
As part of the Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) Sales Operations team in Europe, you will support sales strategies, pipeline management, and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:
Sales Strategy & Execution – Collaborate with the HWC Europe Sales Operations Leader to support sales enablement, goal setting, and market strategies.
Pipeline & Campaign Management – Track and coordinate sales campaigns, ensuring effective execution and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement – Prepare leadership presentations and collaborate with senior business leaders on sales activities.
Process Improvement & Adoption – Drive adoption of global Sales Operations tools and processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Client-Focused Initiatives
- Account Planning: Coordinate
- business planning sessions, track key actions, and monitor progress. - Client Satisfaction: Manage NPS surveys and independent client reviews.
- Clients at Risk: Identify, track, and report revenue risks.
Collaboration & Best Practices – Work with Sales Operations colleagues across Europe and globally to ensure consistency and share best practices.
Team Leadership & Development – Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team growth.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree in Business, Sales Operations, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in Sales Operations, Management, or Project Management within a multinational company.
- Knowledge of sales strategy, account development, and campaign execution.
- Relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and Power
Point. - CRM experience (a plus).
