Business Analyst – SAP S/4HANA | Lisbon (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global transformation project focused on finance and procurement processes. This role is part of a
- scale SAP S/4HANA deployment, where you’ll play a key role in data migration, testing, and supporting end users through the transition from ECC6 to S/4HANA.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, process alignment, and
- Go Live support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional analysis and provide support across SAP modules (FI, MM, SD)
• Support end users during testing phases (UAT, regression) and ensure proper documentation
• Help define or adjust business processes to align with the new SAP S/4HANA environment
• Monitor project interdependencies and coordinate with development teams
• Deliver user training sessions and contribute to knowledge transfer
• Participate in aftercare and ongoing support of new financial processes

Tools & Tech:

• SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SD, PDAP, Cockpit, Readsoft)
• Knowledge of Project Management tools/methodologies (PM experience is a plus)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power
  Point, Word)
• Familiarity with test and documentation tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence – nice to have)

Languages:

• English – Fluent (mandatory)
• French – Fluent (mandatory)

Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Information Systems, or Business Management
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in large and international environments
• Experience with data migration, SAP implementation, and process optimization
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to
  - technical users
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a
  - paced,
  - functional setting
