Portuguese company hires for hybrid work
Location:Lisbon, Portugal
Working Model:Hybrid: 2/3 times per week in Client (Lisboa)
Language Requirements:Fluent Portuguese and English (B2+ nice to have)

We are seeking a dynamic and
- oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management methodologies and
- on experience with Out
Systems or other
- code platforms. This role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting agile delivery processes, and driving continuous value creation in strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into clear and actionable tasks for the development team
• Support the evolution of existing applications and the design of new ones based on business needs
• Define and implement test acceptance criteria to validate solution delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Sense of ownership and responsibility
• Experience working with Out
  Systems or similar low-code technologies

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAS, SAP, or Salesforce
