Your Role

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the Service
  Now App Engine platform
• Collaborate with the implementation project team to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for custom applications
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members, and participate in code reviews to ensure that all solutions meet our coding standards
• Collaborate with the operational team to ensure a smooth transition of the custom applications for maintenance and continuous development
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Knowledge database, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with best practices
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance and security of the custom applications

Your Profile

• A university degree in Management, Computer Science or Information Technology, or similar field of studies.
• At least 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the Service
  Now platform
• Knowledge of Service
  Now App Engine features, scripting languages (such as Java
  Script), data modeling, and database design principles
• Experience with user interface development, design principles, and Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
