• ITIL V3 certification (minimum);
  
  
  
  
• Certifications such as CIS - CSM, CIS - FSM, CSA, Micro Certification - CMDB are valued;
  
  
  
  
• Fluency in English;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledgeof Spanish is valued;
  
  
  
  
• Excellentcommunication skills and customer orientation;
  
  
  
  
• Analytical and
  - solving skills;
  
  
  
  
• Attentionto detail, rigor and autonomy.
