• Higher education in Information Technology
• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Service
  Now Business Analyst
• Solid knowledge of Service
  Now, with experience in HAM and SAM modules highly valued
• Ability to analyze functional requirements based on business needs and team input
• Strong capability to recommend and implement functional and technical solutions
• Experience in providing consultancy to clients and suggesting Service
  Now developments
• Support structuring of implemented functionalities
• Ability to lead functional workshops with operational teams and stakeholders
• ITIL V3 certification (minimum)
• Valued certifications: CIS - CSM, CIS - FSM, CSA, Micro Certification - CMDB
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish valued
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Attention to detail, rigor, and autonomy
