Corporate Finance Analyst/Associate (M/F)
We are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst/Associate to strengthen the Corporate Finance Department at Banco Finantia:
Main Responsibilities
- Advisory in projects related to mergers & acquisitions, valuations, privatizations, and concessions;
- Prepare pitches and presentations for clients, including market research, financial analysis, company valuations, financing solutions and business strategy recommendations;
- Assist in the development of financial models within the context of valuations, M&A mandates, and Project Finance;
- Participate in the origination, structuring, and execution of debt and equity transactions, in coordination with other areas of the Bank;
- Support in the preparation of management reports
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Economics, with a completed Post-Bologna Master’s degree (preferably in Finance);
- Up to 4 years of professional experience, preferably in Investment Banking, Consulting, and/or Private Equity;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis of companies and investments;
- Experience in financial modeling;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Results-oriented mindset;
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Autonomy and dynamism;
- Availability to travel.

Business Analyst Finance D365
The Emeis Group is currently rolling out a group financial and purchasing information system (Microsoft D365 and Power Platform) which is already live in Austria & France. The Group is therefore looking to recruit a team of business analysts, who will help to maintain the application in parallel with rollouts in other countries (handled by the project team).
In this context, the Finance Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure, in conjunction with the Group Finance Managers, the maintenance and evolution of the Group Core Model (set of business rules).
- Analysis of needs expressed by the business to identify solutions.
- Drawing up specifications for these solutions (development, parameterization, etc. ).
- Collaboration with the developers responsible for MD365 upgrades.
- Execute and organize tests in collaboration with finance teams.
- Communicate and, in some cases, train finance teams in the new functionality implemented.
- Follow-up production roll‑out of MD365 changes.
- Monitor Microsoft solutions and act as the main point of contact for the Microsoft team (participation in events announcing new features, participation in the user community, etc. ).
- Monitor developments in applications interfaced with the ERP, analyze impacts and update target application mapping.
- Participate in documentation and training/change management.
Profile required
- You have 3 years' higher education in IT and 1 to 2 years' professional experience (including work‑linked training).
- You have a financial background.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the Microsoft environment.
- You have strong interpersonal and writing skills in English.
- You speak French (nice to have).
- You are highly organized and rigorous.
- You can make proposals and take the initiative.
- You are curious and keen to learn.
Position based in Lisbon (Hybrid).
