Main Activities:

• Collaborate daily with project managers, adhering to the methodology, milestones, and budget.
• Produce regular status reports and participate in project committees.
• Define workaround solutions for critical issues.
• Define operational and accounting schemes and the data flow structure to feed financial systems.
• Document functional specifications (Business Analyst) and technical specifications (System Analyst).
• Coordinate tasks with various stakeholders to ensure
  - time delivery.
• Perform the necessary parametrization: evolution of the chart of accounts (Business Analyst) or the accounting interpreter (System Analyst).
• Define the testing strategy and execute accounting and reporting test phases.
• Ensure
  - implementation support (aftercare) for users.
• Manage maintenance and evolution requests for existing accounting interfaces.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of General and/or Banking Accounting (considered a plus).
• Knowledge of Banking Products (Retail, Corporate) or Capital Markets.
• Familiarity with Financial Information Systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Languages:

• English: Fluent (mandatory).
• Portuguese: Fluent.
