As a Business Analyst – Tax IT, you will be responsible for analyzing, formalizing and validating business requirements and supporting IT teams and Business stakeholders in our ecosystem.
- Contribute to early‑phase analyses with the Business to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Clarify, analyse and challenge business needs from a critical and constructive perspective
- Formalise functional requirements and obtain validation from Business stakeholders
- Provide functional expertise and continuous guidance to IT Developers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure BA best practices are applied
- Support the definition of solution design from a functional point of view
- Contribute to functional testing activities before delivery
- Manage the Change Request lifecycle from assessment to delivery
- Analyse and resolve functional issues raised in production
- Follow up on project/release phases and ensure proper reporting
- Ensure compliance with workflows, deadlines and planning constraints
- Maintain functional knowledge across Tax topics to support operational needs
This is your background
You have at least 4 years of experience in the financial industry with strong exposure to Tax activities. You enjoy analysing complex processes, simplifying them, and collaborating with both Business and IT teams. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

You have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Tax IT or related financial domains. You enjoy working in Agile environments, challenging existing processes, and constantly innovating. This is your expertise
- Tax domain expertise, ideally within custody or financial services
- Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Solid general IT knowledge and ability to work closely with technical teams
- Ability to write clear and structured functional documentation
- Experience with functional testing and supporting user tests
