What you’ll do:

• Conduct project management of Artificial Intelligence initiatives resulting from the Strategic Plan, acting as product owner and bridging the gap between business needs and AI solutions;
• Define the problem statement for business transformation projects, map
  - is processes, develop analysis leveraging business data, define the business opportunity, and create the project roadmap;
• Identify and define requirements for solution development and activation in collaboration with business teams;
• Lead
  - up meetings, define actions and next steps, organize and conduct
  - solving and solution design sessions;
• Prepare and support steering committees, define the storyline, secure business
  - in, facilitate
  - making, identify roadblocks, and share status updates;
• Set up
  -
  - concepts and pilots, monitor results, ensure change management, and support internal teams in adopting AI-driven strategies;
• Identify, plan, and prioritize activities of the project teams, monitor the overall roadmap, and track the achievement of the Strategic Plan.

Technical and behavioral qualifications:

• Higher education in Engineering, Management, Economics, Data Analysis, Information Management, or related fields;
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in management consultancy, transformation, program management, business analysis, or similar;
• Experience in data analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills;
• Creativity and effective communication skills;
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation;
• Dynamism, autonomy, and proactivity;
• Willingness to learn new technologies continually;
• Proficiency in Office tools;
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
