What you will be doing?

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives within the Trade Finance sector;
  
  
• Engage in the design of functionalities, including data modeling, processing, screen layouts in relation to UI-UX, and lead effective user workshops;
  
  
• Break down requirements into user stories and formalize them in JIRA for Agile sprints;
  
  
• Configure the FBTI software, including DTU and system tailoring, or implement FBTI modules;
  
  
• Conduct testingof functionalities and enhancements, including
  - regression testing using tools like x
  RAY, and assist with user acceptance testing;
  
  
• Provide supportfor user incidents, assisting with analysis, resolution, and training
  - implementation;
  
  
• Manage and prioritize functional incidents, ensuring timely resolutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuration and testing on the FBTI software (Mandatory );
  
  
• Around 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
  
  
• Proven experience in design missions is highly appreciated;
  
  
• Sufficient experience to lead small projects and committees in delegation from the Squad Lead;
  
  
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including the writing and breaking down of user stories (notably using JIRA);
  
  
• Experience in formalizing tests using tools like x
  RAY;
  
  
• Strong prioritymanagement skills, including the ability to propose
  - offs in a constrained budget environment;
  
  
• Knowledge of SQL is appreciated;
  
  
• Available to travel to Porto once a month until January 2026. After January 2026, availability to work twice a week at the office in Lisbon;
  
  
• Fluencyin English- Mandatory;
  
  
• Must beliving in Portugal and citizenship or legal authorization to work in Portugal.
