We are looking for a Business Analyst with French for a hybrid project in Oporto.

Job description:

The Data For Business program aims to set up applications and procedures to centrally manage reference data and make it available to all business actors and processes. This is a key program in the clients strategy to place data at the heart of its organization and its information system.

The Program implements two platforms, the Data
Hub and the People Repository:

• Connected to the rest of the company's IS.
• Ensuring the security and management of data quality.
• Offering advanced services for the exploitation of data.

The Program is conducted in Agile mode, the two assets are in production with continues deliveries to enrich the functionalities and the scope of the data covered.

You will be part of the Data
Hub Program team whose common motivations are proximity to the business, agility and quality in deliveries services, combining business skills and IT skills.

Responsibilities:

• Mission takes place within the Data
  Hub squad whose common motivations are proximity to the business line, agility, and quality in deliveries services, combining business line skills and IT skills.
• Our challenge around the Data
  Hub product is to maintain it and enrich it with new features that meet a Cardif Data strategic line, business needs and IT guiding principles.
• The Business Analyst’s mission is to support the businesses in framing their needs with respect to the Data
  Hub product and deliver the associated usage projects in compliance with the commitments of schedule, budget, scope and quality.
• In an agile product environment (build/run), delivery is carried out by successive releases of the solution components associated with the data perimeters and uses prioritized with the various business customers.

Main Tasks:

• Collection, analysis, and challenge of business needs with animation of workshops in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Writing requirements and user stories.
• Participation in the design of the Data
  Hub (screen models, user paths, data mappings, etc. ).
• Contribution to the definition of the functional solution of the platform.
• Close collaboration with the IT teams (developers, service center, test center) and the project manager to ensure a good understanding of the needs and their IT implementations.
• Contribution to tests (strategy, test cases, test campaigns, analysis of anomalies, etc. ).
• Drafting of operating procedures, user guides.
• Active contribution to all agile rituals (sprint planning, grooming, sprint review, daily meeting).
• Active contribution to project management tasks (follow-up planning, budget monitoring, progress summary, risk/alert management, . . . ).

Technical Skills:

• A good knowledge of Data business is mandatory.
• Agile experience.
• A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus.
• Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.

Language Skills:

• French (C1)
• English (B2)

Soft Skills:

• Proactivity, pragmatic, curious and autonomous.
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
