We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our client in the banking sector. The BA will play a pivotal role in analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in French, and experience working in collaborative,
- paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis:
  • Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and align them with business objectives.
• Solution Design and Documentation:
  • Propose innovative solutions and develop functional specifications for new systems or process improvements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet predefined requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation:
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather information, align expectations, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Project Management Support:
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, reporting progress to relevant parties.
  • Support the implementation of Agile methodologies and project management tools as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic,
  - driven environment.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
