We are looking for a BA with SAP4Hanna Experience

We are seeking a Business Analyst with
- on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, particularly in testing and data migration, as well as a solid understanding of the P2P process and familiarity with PDAP/Cockpit tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis methodologies, especially within accounting and migration projects for large, international organizations. The main responsibility will be to oversee the migration of both referential and accounting data to the Group’s SAP platform and to participate in solution deployment testing. Following the Go Live phase, the analyst will be involved in
- implementation support and will help establish ongoing support and maintenance for new accounting processes and modules.

The scope of deployed processes includes
-
- pay, project codes, asset accounting, and finance, utilizing SAP modules such as FICO, MM, and SD.

MAIN TASKS:

• Deliver comprehensive functional analysis and support across various SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Clearly articulate the differences between SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA to facilitate process adjustments or the creation of new processes.
• Identify and track dependencies among different application implementation activities, coordinating closely with IT development teams for planning and
  - up.
• Provide functional assistance to business users, including preparing documentation and delivering training sessions for key users.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and assess the impact of changes on the team.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SD), PDAP, and Readsoft.
• Knowledge of Project Management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Power
  Point, Excel, Word)
• Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience, ideally with an international perspective.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong team orientation, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate commitment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Hybrid role in Lisbon
