What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field;

Between 4 and 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst;

Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions;

Strong expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Share
Point Online;

Experience in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks;

Strong analytical and
- solving skills;

Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Proactive, structured, and
- oriented mindset;

Excellent communication skills in English (B2);

Residency in Portugal (citizenship, residence permit/work visa) — mandatory.

What will you do?

Analyze and understand business and functional needs related to the SSC project;

Ensure deliverables align with defined functional and technical specifications;

Design and propose solutions using Power Platform and Share
Point Online;

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication;

Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams for successful solution implementation;

Support the full development lifecycle: ticket analysis, testing, and handling production issues;

Participate in daily meetings with a distributed team across France and Romania;

Document functional specifications and produce reports on developed solutions;

Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are respected;

Work within Agile methodologies to deliver continuous improvements.
