As a Buying Controller Trainee, you’ll join our Buying & Design team at the Head Office in Porto. Working closely with Buyers and Designers, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and performance of our collections — balancing creative vision with commercial strategy.

From the first day, you'll be immersed in real projects, gaining valuable experience in collection planning, performance analysis, and
- making for a global fashion brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the product lifecycle through planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring
• Collaborate in defining the buying budget and structuring each seasonal collection
• Analyze the performance of collections and categories, identifying opportunities and proposing improvements
• Provide insights based on product, store, and market performance

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• University Degree in Engineering and Industrial Management, Management, Economics, or similar fields
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Solid knowledge of Excel
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Interest in fashion, retail, and trends
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a
  - paced environment
• IEFP eligibility
