About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Replicon Solution Expert to lead the stabilization and improvement of the already deployed time and absence management solution for a leading multinational consulting firm. This role involves working within a team of solution experts, working across 39 countries, and supporting a workforce of 350, 000 employees. You will be responsible for strengthening processes, enhancing solution capabilities, and ensuring closer alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of functional time and absence management processes, expertise in Saa
S solutions deployment and integration processes, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.

Your role:
Solution Stabilization & Improvement:
- Lead the efforts to stabilize and improve the Replicon solution in line with global and local requirements
- Enhance the platform to align with evolving business processes and organizational policies for time and absence management.
- Manage and deliver
- specific change requests, ensuring scalability and consistency. - Provide
- on support in solution design and implementation.
Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with a team of highly experienced solution experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and
- performance team environment.
Business Engagement:
- Manage
- going change requests with the Business and facilitate proper analysis and feasibility of the requests - Facilitate workshops with business teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Documentation & Specification:
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications, architecture documents, and integration flow diagrams.
- Document global and
- specific configurations, ensuring transparency and traceability of changes.
Integration Design & Technical Expertise:
- Work closely with technical teams to define and validate data integration flows between Replicon and other systems, including ERP and HRIS platforms.
- Ensure data security and compliance with global and local regulatory requirements during integrations.
Project Coordination & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Support project managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks.
Qualifications & Skills
Functional Expertise:
- Strong understanding of time and absence management processes, including policies, approvals, compliance, and reporting.
- Experience conducting business workshops and gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Replicon Saa
S platform implementation and configuration. - Knowledge of data integration methods (APIs, middleware, ETL tools) and
- based architecture. - Design

- end data flows and describe system interdependencies. - Create functional specifications, use case scenarios, and process flow diagrams.
- Experience in documenting requirements for large, complex organizations.
Management Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of solution experts.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global,
- functional teams. - Strong
- solving skills and the ability to handle ambiguity. - Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus. - Experience:
Minimum 12+ years of experience in implementing time and absence management solutions, with at least 5 years of
- on experience with Replicon. - Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French or other languages is a plus. - Travel:
Willingness to travel globally as needed.
