Business Architect for Controlling and Reporting
As a Business Architect for Controlling and Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial processes in our organization. Your expertise in cost accounting, management accounting, financial data analysis within SAP systems, particularly S/4HANA, and reporting platforms will be invaluable. You will engage closely with our accounting and controlling community, addressing their complex challenges and providing tailored solutions. Leveraging your expert knowledge of SAP FICO, FIORI, BW and relevant modules such as SD, PP, MM‑PUR, PS, you will design processes for our templates and recommend continuous improvements to enhance efficiency. You will guide the implementation and operational use of these systems, ensuring seamless integration across our legal entities worldwide. You will serve as the primary contact for key users and technical teams, sharing your knowledge and fostering collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and optimize financial processes and reporting frameworks across the organization.
- Collaborate with accounting and controlling stakeholders to identify and resolve complex process challenges.
- Design and document process flows, templates, and reporting requirements.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Serve as primary point of contact for key users, suppliers, and technical teams.
- Ensure alignment and integration of SAP FICO, FIORI, BW, and other reporting tools with business requirements.
- Support global implementation and operational use of financial systems across legal entities.
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Expertise in cost accounting, management accounting, business administration, and computer science.
- Extensive experience with SAP ERP S/4HANA and ECC technical setup.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and interfaced modules on ECC 6. 0 and S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with SAP BW, SAC or other reporting tools and ERP interfaces.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Team player with collaboration across departments.
- Very good English language skills; additional language a plus.
Position can be performed remotely from Spain or Portugal.
