The Opportunity
As a Business Automation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and delivering RPA/DPA solutions that enhance business efficiency and reduce costs. This is a senior position where you'll mentor junior developers, manage

- end automation projects, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable, impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and enhance existing RPA/DPA solutions for performance, scalability, and business impact.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design automation solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Lead automation projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for
- technical stakeholders. - Maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, process maps, and status reports.
- Conduct thorough process analysis and support
- functional initiatives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in French is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with RPA/DPA tools such as Ui
Path, Power Platform, or Blue Prism. - Familiarity with the Power Platform environment is advantageous.
- Bonus: Knowledge of C#, Power
Shell, or Python. - Skilled in process analysis, requirements gathering, flowcharting, and automation design.
- Strong understanding of how process automation technologies solve
- world business challenges. - Proven project management experience, including timeline and resource coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across teams.
