The Senior Project Manager, working on Demand and Program delivery team, has the responsibility to manage
- led change projects within the EU footprint, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role involves coordinating
- functional teams, managing project risks, and communicating project status to stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will support local teams in managing
- scale demands while adhering to overarching governance frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Role Accountabilities:
Project Management
- Lead complex projects from initiation to completion, managing multiple workstreams, balancing competing priorities, and delivering projects on time and within scope
- Fully capture and assess business requirements, aligning them with business strategy.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate
- functional teams to ensure project success. - Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure alignment of change requests with operational capacity and strategic goals/
Process Mapping & Discovery
- Commission and oversee process mapping activities to support RCA, process analysis, and operational change.
- Ensure mapping outputs are documented, accessible, and used to inform prioritisation and solution design.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular written and verbal updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization. Understand their needs, concerns, and expectations to ensure ongoing alignment and reduce resistance.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams and stakeholders.
Resource planning and alignment
- Lead readiness planning and execution for operational change, including
- driven and wider transformation programmes. - Collaborate with operational teams to define resource and skilling requirements and ensure readiness for implementation.
- Understand and ratify change benefits and prioritise resource against strategic objectives
Support and Governance
- Support local teams in managing
- scale demands, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks. - Provide guidance and support to junior project managers.
- Ensure alignment with overarching governance standards and strategic objectives.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, progress, and outcomes.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with experience working on
- scale transformation projects or digital change initiatives - Proven experience in operational change governance & readiness
- Strong understanding of project and change management principles and methodologies.
- Experience managing projects within a multinational organization.
- Experience with risk management and issue resolution.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in designing and implementing process improvement strategies.
- Ability to work across teams and with remote resources in other countries.
