About The Role
Business Compliance Managers support the business with developing and releasing

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll support and advise our product teams on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. Be warned, this is a very

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing compliance domain expertise to 1Lo
D and offering solutions to compliance problem statements - Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1Lo
D and 2Lo
D compliance teams - Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape
- Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
- Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings
- Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
- Collaborating with
- functional teams to design and deploy
- edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth - Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
- Serving as the
- to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in audits
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in regulatory compliance
- Experience in a
- tier bank, strategy consultancy, or
- growing technology company - An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
- Highly adaptable skills to work in a
- paced,
- performance environment - The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
- A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a
- tier university
- working team.
