We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll be responsible for advising our Talent department on compliance requirements, related controls, and existing infrastructure with a focus on Fitness and Propriety (F&P) Process and Employee/HR Compliance.

What you'll be doing
- Advising the business on compliance topics related to Fitness & Propriety (F&P) and improving the existing infrastructure
- Ensuring Revolut meets regulatory requirements specific for Fitness & Propriety (F&P) and Employee/HR Compliance
- Providing solutions to compliance problem statements
- Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1Lo
D and 2Lo
D Compliance teams - Leveraging Revolut’s suite of data analytics, advising business areas to ensure positive outcomes and where changes may be required
- Liaising regularly with senior stakeholders (including at Board level) in preparing and presenting periodic reports
- Reading regulations and understanding their implications for the business model
- Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance
- Being part of a committee to review and approve People Initiatives from a Compliance oversight perspective
What you'll need
- Experience in regulatory Compliance/frameworks, especially those related to the FCA, PRA, or equivalent regulators
- Excellent understanding of fitness and propriety regulations, with
- on experience in conducting F&P checks for Senior Management Functions (SMFs), Material Risk Takers (MRTs), and other key personnel - Solid knowledge on Employee Compliance subjects such as Conflict of Interests, Personal
