Overview

CONTISYSTEMS is looking for a Business Consultant to strengthen our team. The role focuses on the Movimento Merece, an initiative for recycling and repurposing expired electronic card components. The goal is to destroy the cards and convert them into urban furniture, while offsetting carbon emissions by planting a tree for every kilogram collected.

Location & Type

Full‑time position based in Cascais.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage a corporate client portfolio in Portugal and internationally to drive participation in Movimento Merece.
• Conduct integrated client analysis to understand business models, processes, and identify new engagement opportunities.
• Develop value‑proposition proposals that reduce plastic waste, optimize client processes, and strengthen ESG reputation.
• Present innovative solutions showcasing Contisystems technology and environmental benefits of Merece.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from proposal creation to action plans, forecasts, critical analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners such as Extruplás to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in consulting or B2B sales, preferably in ESG, sustainability or green technologies.
• Strategic vision and ability to understand diverse organizational models.
• Expertise with modern CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Passion for innovation and change, with an impact‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are valued.
