We seek a Business Continuity Process Consultant (IT Risk) to join our team at a leading insurance client in Lisbon, focused on expansion and internationalization.

What you will do:

• Define and ensure compliance with IT risk and security standards and procedures, managing the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Coordinate BCP implementation during disaster/recovery scenarios, informing senior management of progress.
• Oversee committees and team functions involved in BCP scope.
• Manage technical and operational tests, conduct evaluations, and collaborate on internal audits related to the BCP.
• Train employees on procedures and BCP actions.
• Lead projects related to BCP implementation.
• Create and update control procedures and perform business impact analysis for critical processes.

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience in IT Risk Management and/or Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector (preferred).
• Passion for challenges and risk management.
