Business Controller Operator Trainee (m/f/d)

Record‑to‑Report Business Line
We provide a variety of innovative and reliable financial services – from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also provide services in Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling and much more.
Your Mission
- To support our colleagues in providing services for different projects we are looking for a Trainee to integrate in our controlling team;
- Execution of internal processes with regards to the financial management of Siemens Business functions;
- Ensure cost charging and error handling of charging processes;
- Standard and specific reporting: preparation of key data, scorecards, graphics, reports and analysis;
- Participation in month‑end activities;
- Cooperation with the remaining controlling teams within the structure in several of our daily operations;
- Execution of regular support activities such as creation of reports or contracts.
We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting - or other similar area;
- Fluent in English – written and spoken, German is a plus;
- Solid MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (advanced);
- Good analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail;
- Professional ethics, responsibility and problem‑solving mindset;
- Proactivity, priority management and organization;
- Very good interpersonal skills, of which the ability to communicate with different partners and work as a team.
