What will be your role

We are looking for a talented Business Data Analyst to join a leading national client in the energy sector. This professional will act as the bridge between data and business , ensuring that
- quality information is available to support strategic and operational
- making efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Definition: Identify organizational data needs, extract information from commercial and analytical systems for ad hoc analysis.

Model, structure, and organize data to create valuable data products that can be connected to other business assets, ensuring data quality and consistency.

Data Analysis & Business Support: Perform business analyses to support end users, execute data extractions to sustain operations, and identify
- driven solutions to meet stakeholder needs.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations for business areas.

Collaborate closely with teams to manage workloads, priorities, and deliverables.

Demonstrate strong
- solving skills and a proactive approach to investigating root causes and identifying actionable insights.

Collaborate with
- functional teams, contributing to shared goals and integrating diverse perspectives.

What should you bring to the team?

At least 2 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst.

Strong skills in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

Solid business understanding ensuring alignment between data initiatives and strategic goals.

Proven analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Critical thinking and
- solving abilities to identify patterns and propose innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective collaboration across teams.

Commitment to quality and delivery excellence.

Proficiency in English.

Comfortable working in Agile environments, with excellent organizational and communication skills for both technical and
- technical audiences.

Availability to work in a hybrid model at clients' offices in Lisbon.

The capacity to listen & influence people and foster change in a collaborative way.
