Our mission is to serve patients and we are looking for a Business, Data Analytics and Insights Associate to support day‑to‑day D&A activities across the ACCP.

What You Will Do

• Generate budgeting and planning reports, perform data analysis, and support wider business units within the ACCP.
• Support business planning and decision‑making through financial analysis.
• Assist with long‑term and short‑term planning activities.
• Calculate scenarios based on expectations.
• Collect feedback and prepare communication plans to share outputs.
• Take ownership of complex calculations by understanding inputs and their relationships to the problem.
• Upload, manage, and store complex data.
• Communicate effectively with regional hubs.
• Support ACCP continuous improvement activities.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to other business units such as Finance/FP&A/Business Enablement.

Proven Experience and Skills Needed

• University degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a finance or data‑related role, ideally in Data & Analytics.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Requirements

• Working knowledge of IS systems and advanced MS Office applications, including SQL, Hyperion Pillar, Tableau, and Anaplan.
• Service‑minded attitude and ability to explain processes and procedures clearly.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluency in multiple European languages.
