Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and
- driven Business Developer (German Speaker) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base across the DACH market, leveraging outbound strategies to generate leads, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and prospect potential clients within the IT and digital transformation sectors in the DACH region.

• Conduct
- calling, emailing, Linked
In outreach, and messaging campaigns to generate qualified leads.

• Use tools such as Linked
In, Lusha, and Hub
Spot to build and manage prospect pipelines.

• Nurture leads through consistent
- ups and personalized communication.

• Qualify prospects to understand their IT outsourcing and nearshore development needs.

• Work closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to prepare proposals and close deals.

• Track and report outbound activities, pipeline status, and KPIs in Hub
Spot.

• Represent the company’s value proposition in a clear and compelling way.

Requirements:

• Fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation, ideally within IT services, software development, or outsourcing.

• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, Linked
In).

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Linked
In, Lusha, Hub
Spot (or similar CRM).

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and persistent attitude.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.

Experience Level:

Associate Business Developer – up to 2 years of experience

Salary Package and Benefits:

Associate Business Developer – 1. 300€ + meal allowance + business bonuses + health insurance and current benefits
