Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Developer (Nordic Speaker) to expand our presence across the Nordic markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland). This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting, requiring persistence, creativity, and excellent communication skills to open doors and build
- term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in the Nordics within IT, digital transformation, and related sectors.

• Execute
- calling, emailing, and Linked
In outreach campaigns to engage
- makers and generate qualified leads.

• Utilize tools such as Linked
In, Lusha, and Hub
Spot to build, manage, and track lead pipelines.

• Qualify prospects to assess their needs for IT outsourcing and nearshore software development.

• Nurture relationships with potential clients through tailored messaging and
- ups.

• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to prepare customized proposals and close new deals. • Monitor and report activity, pipeline progress, and KPIs in Hub
Spot.

• Represent our services with a consultative approach, emphasizing value and
- term partnership.

Requirements:

• Fluent Nordic language skills (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation, ideally within IT services, software development, or outsourcing.

• Confident with cold outreach activities (calls, emails, Linked
In).

• Proficient with CRM systems and outbound sales tools (Hub
Spot, Linked
In Recruiter, Lusha, or similar).

• Self-motivated, persistent, and
- oriented mindset.

• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills to quickly build credibility.

Experience Level:

• Associate Business Developer – up to 2 years of experience

Salary Package and Benefits:

• Associate Business Developer – 1. 300€ + meal allowance + business bonuses + health insurance and current benefits
