What You'll Do

• Develop our Swiss territory by prospecting clients in the Education market, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.
• Qualify and understand your prospects
  - critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact go
  FLUENT brings to an organization.
• Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for go
  FLUENT solutions.
• Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and
  - makers from your key client accounts.
• Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.
• Participate in exhibitions and events.
• Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
  
  

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2Edu sales. Good to have Saa
  S and international experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect Education organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Team player,
  - motivated to thrive in a
  - paced,
  - oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proactive, personable,
  - working and easily adaptable.
• Experience using Linked
  In.
• Relevant experience in the Training,
  - Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.
• Native level of english
• Fluency in French or German is a plus
• Be available to work 4 days a week at the office
