Business Developer - French fluent
Overview
This is a
- time position for a Top Gun Business Developer on our Sales team. Reporting to a Sales manager, you will be part of a top team of 6 to 10 people and your main responsibilities are to attract, find and sell trainings to new students. The role can be performed remotely from anywhere or from our offices in Paris, Dubai, Lisbon, or soon Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Attract, find and convince new students to join our trainings
- Identify new students who will be successful in our trainings
- Identify new leads by emailing potential interested individuals
- Make at least 1 to 3 sales per day
- Source and proactively attract new students for the team and yourself
- Organize Linked
In campaigns or email campaigns via Hubspot to set up meetings - Make outbound calls on qualified leads
- Use the CRM (Hubspot) to be productive and scalable for sales development
- Manage calls and meetings, generate reports, and set strategic reminders
- Provide visibility to the team on ongoing work
- Overcome objections with diligence and assertiveness
- Review call records to improve objection handling and sales
- Propose 1 to 5 new ideas per month to improve offers
- Participate actively in Paradox’s
- person and online events - Sell during events or webinars and engage with participants
- Assist and host a minimum of 2 webinars per month
Requirements & Qualifications
- Autonomy & Leadership: organized, rigorous, capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to lead others
- Knowledge and curiosity about the personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech markets
- Sales efficiency: excels in guiding customers through
- making; open to coaching to improve skills - Digital understanding: comfortable with CRM usage and
- driven projects - Personality: drive,
- solving, analytical mindset,
- oriented, team player - Strong desire to create impact
- Experience: minimum 2 years selling experience
- Languages: French native; English fluent for conversational and written communication; written communications are primarily in English
