Business Developer - French fluent
Overview
Paradox, a global learning and coaching hub, is seeking a Top‑Gun Business Developer to generate and secure new student leads for our training programs. The role can be fully remote or based in one of our offices in Paris, Dubai, Lisbon, or soon Barcelona. You’ll work directly with our Sales Manager and a high‑energy team of 6–10 colleagues to grow student acquisition and drive revenue at scale.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new students: prospect, reach out, and secure at least 1–3 successful enrolments per day.
- Source leads: design and execute Linked
In and email campaigns using Hub
Spot; conduct outbound calls to qualified prospects. - CRM mastery: log every call and meeting in Hub
Spot, produce daily reporting, and maintain clean, up‑to‑date data for the team. - Objection handling: review call recordings weekly to improve closing techniques and propose at least 1–5 product or process improvements per month.
- Events & webinars: actively sell during live events, host webinars and attend in‑person meet‑ups, ensuring a minimum of two webinar appearances monthly.
Qualifications
- Experience: minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in ed‑tech, personal development, or coaching.
- Sales acumen: excellent listening, questioning, and influence skills; comfortable making 10–15 calls per day and handling objections.
- Autonomy & Leadership: self‑motivated with strong organizational skills, able to juggle priorities and drive initiatives.
- Digital literacy: proficient with CRM tools (Hub
Spot, similar) and able to manage email/Linked
In campaigns; knowledge of marketing automation a plus. - Language: native French; fluent English for written and spoken communication. Internal written language is English.
- Personality traits: ambitious, analytical, teamwork‑oriented, growth‑mindset, and passionate about continuous sales improvement.
